Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Starlettos for any reason the just pop them back in the mail to us and we will either replace them at no additional cost or refund your purchase and outward shipping costs.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need your order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you have returned your Starlettos and requested a refund we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If, for any reason you find your Starlettos are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@starlettos.com and send your item to: Starlettos Returns C/O KTB Brands LLC, 670 Glorietta Blvd, CA 94542.
To return your product, you should send your product to: Starlettos Returns, C/O KTB Brands LLC, 670 Glorietta Blvd, CA 94542. While we are happy to refund outward shipping costs, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please note that Starlettos can only accept returns or process refunds for purchases made directly from us. If you purchased your Starlettos at one or our Retailer partners, please contact them directly.
